“Excellent service”

“Always a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and the resort is eclectic and filled with African Art. My children really loved the infinity pool with the view and the beach area. We love that the Queen of Sheba as it has so much space to easily accommodate a big group. The property is quiet and peaceful. You definitely need to be fit to be able to move around the property. I would definitely recommend for families with children, etc. this is our 2nd time residing here and it has always……

“The pictures from the website and the reviews did not represent the property. The property is worn and needs maintenance. The rooms need refreshing and the shower was so disgusting that we were not able to use to shower. The staff were nice and the breakfast was simple but good. The gaps in the doors and windows allowed the mosquitoes to attack the whole night.”

“After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud.……

“The property is very outdated. The pool area was nice but no bar was open, no service. Never took a hot shower. Luke warm water with old plumbing. Spacious rooms was the only plus. Front desk staff was not attentive to guests. It is what it is. No one went above and beyond.”
